BSG empowering youth by involving and providing financial resources, tools, and opportunities they need to become active, engaged, and responsible members of their communities.Our approach focus on education and entrepreneurship training programs, mentoring and leadership development, and access to empowering technology. Additionally, we give them a voice in the decisions that affect their lives and providing them with the support and encouragement they need to make positive changes in their communities.
Ordinarily, we have settled for five or ten staff members. As we plan to build a standard financial technology organisation in Africa, we have perfected techniques to get it right from the beginning, which is why we ensured that we have competent, honest and hardworking employees to occupy all the available positions in our firm. The kind of financial technology business we intend to build and the business goals we want to achieve; inform the amount we are ready to pay for the best hands available in and around Kigali – Rwanda.
